Yea, i complain about them alot... But while looking for their news server addys, i came across THIS\ page which shows specifics on how to disable file sharing in each of the p2p apps.... Also addressing many issues people would have questions about...

Does Using A File Sharing Application Violate the Cox Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)?
No, using a peer-to-peer file sharing program to download files does not in itself violate the AUP. If your software is already configured not to share files to other users, you should not have a problem. Please visit support.cox.net for more information and instructions for securing most common file sharing programs.

Does Having A Wireless Home Network Violate the Cox Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)?
No, however Cox does not provide support for your home network, unless you are a Cox Home Networking customer and your network was installed and configured by a Cox technician. You must take precautions to secure any wireless home network.

RR here has a 15 gig limit. But if you go over I guess you just get a letter (the first time at least). I'm probably going to go over this month so I guess I'll find out.

I downloaded 100GB and uploaded 45GB on RR in one month. Never got a notice from RR... :)

Nope...I downloaded 18gigs in one night though this month, but since I haven't gotten anything from them before, I don't think I'll be getting anything anytime soon ;)
And I agree, cox does suck at some things, but in general, they've been pretty damn good to me :D
