Hi.
In a recent thread here, lovely human with off the chain custom rig he built reported had was having terrible, huge artifacts trial while dragging windows in windows 7.
The fix was for him to change theme. This issue is online as a known issue in W7 for anyone using W Classic.
So, as an experiment, I changed my Aero theme (I like Aero, bite me) to Classic and started dragging windows. I got no actual trail of the sort we saw in the screenie the OP in the thread in question put up. I did get very minor wobble on the left side of windows as I would drag them to the right.
I am now wondering why I did not get the big, terrible artifacts trails.
Would that owe to I have one, modest GPU (my chip needs discreet) and the guy in question has two uber cards in SLI configuration?
If not, how come I did not get the big, ghastly artifacts while dragging in Windows Classic?
Thank you!
