Hi!
I recently bought a Sapphire Atlantis Radeon 9700PRO and decided to try it out a little.
I downloaded some of the demos from ATI, as well as 3DMark2003.

Everything works fine, except the "NPR Hatching" and "Bear" demos from ATI and the scene
with the girl and the trolls in 3DMark2003 where artifacts appear.

In "NPR Hatching" the shadow is messed up. It's bouncing around, centered on a vertical
line in the middle of the screen.

In "Bear", the artifacts are more discreet. A green or red patch appears on the fur, which
sticks to it as the bear moves.

In 3D Mark the scene starts out with the girls shadow being corrupt, and then dissolves
with grey triangles fanning out from the middle of the screen.

I'm using the latest drivers from ATI.
I have done no overclocking (at least that I know of - I installed the Redline Tweaker that
came with the card, but have since uninstalled it).
Cooling/power should be sufficient. I have a big tower with a 300W PSU, with a XP 1600+.
CPU temp is at 55 deg C.

I'm wondering of anyone else have experienced this, and if it's possibly
a driver bug, or (dammit, please let it not be so) a faulty card.

Could also be a faulty card,I would try it in another PC like a friends, really can only be PSU/ heat, software(clean install of drivers) or faulty card.
