Hey y'all. I was wondering if anyone else has problems with strange artifacts and garbled system images running any Nvidia graphics cards, specifically Geforce2 MXs. I don't know if it's a heat problem, because my heatsink IS burning hot to the touch, or if it's a driver problem, as I'm using the unsupported 7.78 drivers, or if windows is just stupid...

Anyone else had problems like parts of system menu's staying up onscreen after the menu is gone, or having their Start menu icon become a garbled mess of pixels? What did you do to fix it?
 
geforce 2mx shouldn't be burning hot, cause it only consumes 4 watt. better have it replaced. or if possible try it in another computer to locate the source of the problem.
