Are artifacts created by hot memory?
So if you put heat sinks on them and do the plastic ties and 4 - 80mm fans in the PCI area ghetto mod trick,.. would it be safe to say your stable mem clock speeds will be increased?

=Sorry, I'm not too experienced with oc'ing stuff - always had unclockable quiet intel slot chip systems till now. =

It's very likely that your stable clock speed will increase, but definately not by much. I personally don't think it's worth it.
 
It's safe to say but not safe to do. I was just reading another post on another forum where he fubared his card by doing so.
