I was one of the first guys pushing this shareware but I have since found you can get zero 2D artifacts using the Software Test but you can still lock up or get artifacts in 3D.

OR, you can run 3D fine but you will get a whole bunch of 2D artifacts that really don't show on the desktop in day-to-day use (so if you wanna cheat . . . ).

Obviously, the best deal is to have totally stable 3D with no artifacts or lockups there, and zero 2d artifacts using the Software Test.
