anyone have this? i just ordered from overclockerz; am wondering about agilent's recommendation to "allow for the phase change of its TIM to occur by allowing the cpu to heat up to 51 deg"...
should i just remove this and use arctic silver? if so, i'm quite new to this stuff - how much is enough (in terms of size of the drop; i'll be using it on a t-bird 1ghz)
