articles on intel's changes to it's process to help the environment?

amd rocks and intc rocks ... okay now that we got that out of the way

I suck at the googles ... it seems a lot of the articles online are about Intel buying renewable energy credits versus what they're doing in their process to be more environmentally friendly. I thought there was something about them switching over to some different chemicals or doing something different to conserve energy and water ... pls. don't make this into some flamefest.
