Like this article: http://www.wired.com/magazine/2011/11/mf_bitcoin/

I'm a really slow reader, so when ever possible i rather listen to stuff than read it my self... the HTC One article took me like 4 hours to read :-/

I know there exist TTS but they all suck ...

so my humble request would be that you considdered reading your long articles into mp3 or podcast - it doesn have to be word-for-word, but just enough to get the details.

You'll have to email Anand and the other staff with your request, Montago. This is the suggestion box for the AT forums; AT doesn't take site suggestions through this sub-forum.

Honestly, you're most likely to get an MP3 of the article read by a TTS engine.

I liked ReadPlease 2000 on Windows, back when I had to do a lot of reading for college. It looks like the 2003 version is still available if you want to try it. The 2000 version had different voices and speed and pitch control.
