I recently just bought a Pentium 4 1.6A and i also bought the Artic Silver thermal compound. I was wondering if it's worth it that i bought the thing for my cpu. How's the thermal pad that came with the pentium 4 1.6A retail? Should i use it or just stick with the retail stuff came with the processor?

Just make sure it's not the thermal adhesive as though. It would be better in the long run if you used the as(more so if you oc), but most people have no problems with the stuff that came on the stock heat sink.
