ok I want to stick some badd azz sinks to my card memory/gpu , but am wondering this :

Do I squeesh the hell out of the sink and card to get a super thin epoxy when applying sinks or just a lil bit of weight to hold them on ?
Thick or Thin ?

Not that i am gonna make a 1 inch layer of epoxy between the sink and chip !
I applied clear goop to the memory pins but what if its not enough, can i have a good amount of epoxy so the it raises the sinks a bit off the memory in hopes not touching and pins ?

whats best ?

Thin, since you want the least amount of interference between the chip and the Heatsink so the most amount of heat can be transfered. ;)
