Artic Silver and Zalman 7000 hsf...

Well I've never installed a Zalman 700 before but, in the arctic silvers installation guide it asked to twist the heatsink to spread the compound.

So is the zalman 7000 series "twistable"
 
I've got 3 7000's, 2 AlCu and 1 Cu. They are twistable for sure. You'll probably move it around enough just trying to screw it down, but if in doubt just twist it slightly either before tightening or just after starting to tighten. Good cooler and quiet. You'll like it.
