artic silver 5 worth getting?

do you care if you see a drop via the onboard temperature measuring device (especially if you are an amd user?). As in the test, they used a dedicated test bed (which is highly accurate compared to socket-thermistors), and it showed a 2.5C drop versus AS3, 2C versus Shin Etsu stuff, but that may or may not show up on a socket-thermistor.

So while it is probably cooler, you may not "see" the temp difference.

If your out of AS3 then yeah. Otherwise the difference is not enough to switch what your using.

I still got AS3..... for 2.5C , not worth changing to AS 5 then,
was hoping someone told me 5C or so...
