Artic Freezer 64 Pro and case fan setup

My current rig is useing a Venus 12 fan to cool the CPU. My side panel fan blows directly onto the CPU fan. This makes for good cooling of my A64 3500.
I am in the process of upgrading to a X2 4400 and I'll be upgrading the cooler to a Freezer 64 Pro, given the way this cooler is setup will having a side panel fan made any difference?

I have the same set up with the AC Freezer 64 Pro, 4400+ and a side intake. You won't have any troubles with that set up. Just make sure you have the HS so it blows to your rear exhaust.

I have the same setup with my Freezer 64 Pro and 3800 X2. Like Boyo stated, just ensure that you have your Freezer Pro 64 pointing at your rear exhaust fan and you should be fine. This setup helped to lower my temps 8 - 10 degrees.

I'll have a thermaltake 120mm in the rear with 78CFM of airflow.
