can anyone tell me if the artic accelero extreme IV fit the sapphire hd 7950 boost or recommend another thankyou for your time.🙂

The 7900's and 280's require a different base to fit the chip. It's raised and offset 45° like in the image below. They also have shims that can be added to coolers that don't have the correct base standard.

If your cooler has a flat base it won't make proper contact with the GPU.
