artic 5 on laptop CPU?

Yep, on my Satellite M40. Or was it the GPU... I don't remember now. Runs a few degrees cooler under load when I checked.
 
Have done it with a Targa Visionary XP... They had fitted a pile of goo that would have drowned even my dog I guess... Temps are alot lower... Between 4°C (idle) and 11°C (load)... The processor is an AMD Athlon XP-M 2000+... The cooler also blows a lot silent... Guess it has to blow less for the same cooling now... Would certainly advise it!
