Got a call from my attny last night, "Be in court @ 09:30 tomorrow, we'll get your final orders." (granting me sole conservatorship of my 12 year old daughter, bumping up the child support by $100/month, to a whopping $238/month, and effectively ending a four year long international custody battle in court)
I show up, & my ex's attny filed for & recieved a continuance till November because the regular judge is on vacation & by TX statute, they're automatically granted one because it's a visiting judge. He (the attny) says, that my ex plans on being back in the states in November for the now 3rd hearing date that's been set.
I spoke to my insane ex tonight & asked her if she was coming to the states in November, and her response was "HELL NO, I'm not coming back."
Am so pissed, I called my attny & told her to go ahead & file contempt charges for non payment of child support (she's 4 months in arrears as of the 1st of August & tells me she has no plans to pay child support for the forseeable future)...
I'm putting the witch back in jail if she dares to show up......
