What??? That sounds... strange, to say the least.

They're an "Asset Recovery" / "refurbishing" outlet. Knowing that corporations have been moving towards mobile platforms in the past few years, it just sounds really bizarre that ArrowDirect would stop refurbishing and selling laptops.

Years ago I went to ebay for a Dell Latitude E6530 i7QM, 8gb, big battery, and illuminated kb for $300. Years before that I got a lot of 3 Latitude E6500s for $300 for the family. I augmented each with SSDs and they still all work very well.

It worked out well for me. Ebay now has e6540s for from $150 to $325.
