a few minutes ago, i heard a very loud buzzing outside my window and something flew past my face.
turns out it was a dragonfly, but this one is big - like 3 inches long.

i sit here now under a blanket which is over me and the monitor, i can hear it flying round.

what should i do?

hoover it up?
bug spray?
wait for it to leave?

seriously this thing could pic up a grape it's so big

help 🙁

this thing is bigger than an action figure, and it is making the oddest noise, like it's gonna explode 😕

EDIT: I don't wanna kill it, but i have the Raid standing by

omg, it just landed on a stuffed toy and knocked it over...

dragonflies care not about hurting you...

maybe thats what they want you to think.

they sit in the garden, pretending to be interested in the flowers.
what if they are really just the scouts for a hugely sophisticated alien lifeform that is planning an assault?
what if it's really just destracting me while 10 of it's mates steal my tv?
what if it's the reincarnated soul of my dog come to seek revenge for feeding it second rate dogfood?

don't trust the dragonflies.........hmmm......time for my pill 😀

It's just lurking on the back of your chair mwahahaha...

Hoover it up with a Dyson - that way you get to see it fly round and round the transparent section.

However, if it then scratches its way through the plastic, I'd leave the house, the state and the country, rather sharpish.

thats wierd, got a dyson sittin right next to me 😀

3 inches long is not that big for a dragonfly. It is about average. As for removal of the uninvited guest I suggest hairspray and a lighter.
