Arrgh...Need to buy a DVI to M1-DA converter

Would any retail stores sell these things? I'm stoked and want to use my PJ now! I don't want to wait for a converter to come in the mail.

I should have done more homework, I though a regular DVI-D cable would work...stupid me.

Frys? Good Guys? CompUSA?

Why not just use the supplied S-Video cable for tonight? It'll get you an "OK" picture for the evening - or the next few days until the proper cable connector arrives.

Good Guys should have what you need. I doubt if CompUselessA has such an adapter/cable of that nature. I hope there's plenty of 4805s on the shelf next week when I run out to get mine.

This evening, I stopped by a place that was selling 46" Samsung DLP (refurbished) TVs for $1949 + tax + additional money for an extended warranty beyond 90 days. I used to drool when I saw the Samsung DLP sets, but I'm sure the 4805 picture will top what the Samsung can produce ... and at less than half the cost.

hell yes, I couldn't wait for next week and I was afraid that they would be OOS when I got there (I'm pretty sure I know where you are planning on buying yours). I asked if I could just come back and pricematch and they said no probem. I'm trying to find a place to set up my huge screen!

I bought this for my SP4805. Unfortunately, the price seems to have gone up since I've bought it and the shipping is steep. Sucks that Infocus has to use stupid proprietary adapters for their PJs.

I'm using the provided VGA to M1-DA cable and it works fine for now...I guess I'll just buy one online and wait for it to come in the mail.

I will but it'll take a while.
I don't move into my new place for another two months so I was testing it out on a wall instead of the gigantic screen that came with.

If i had gotten the h1-da cable then, I would have made space and set that beyotch up.
