ARRGH! bad bios flash

Just got my new 8k3a+, ran into the stability problems I had heard about. Got about 3/4 of the way through the BIOS flash, and then BOOM, spontanious reboot. ARRGH!!! Won't POST at all now, so I guess I'm screwed?
 
You might find some help on ocworkbench.com in your mobo's forums, that's a good resource for ECS k7s5a, so I guess there would be good help on Epox as well.

In case of k7s5a, there's an faq's page, where all questions regarding bios, drivers, installation, oc'ing are listed.
