arrgghhh.. bios keeps resetting

my bios keeps reseting itself. i foudn out that if i uplug my computer and plug it back in to start it up, it resets. it even resets when i leave my computer on overnight. tried putting in a new battery but it doesn't help

help me!!!

BTW its a on another mobo, not the ones in my sig
