ARRG THIS IS PISSING ME OFF

like every 20 minutes AIM will sign off/sign on and my downloads will all be cancelled. Anyone know what could be causing this? (Yes, this is in Off TOpic because at this hour it's the only one even slightly active)

Call Tech Support.

They will tell you to turn off your modem.. turn it back on ... and then they will send someone over in 1-3 business days.

I know this might be stupid to ask but since I'm not there to see, is anything blocking the router? Any maintence that was scheduled, it is late/early you know.

If you're using a wireless network, make sure your wireless card has the most recent known working firmware version.
