I can't believe this hasn't been brought up here as of yet.

http://imdb.com/title/tt0901469/

Its in pre-pre-production it seems. The rumor mills are flying all around (google away). Bateman affirmed the discussions in Entertainment Weekly Tambor also confirmed being approached by Ron Howard....

Discuss.

Woohoo! Awesome show! I still need to get season 3 on DVD. I hope the networks that pulled the plug on it are feeling pretty stupid. I think the DVD sales have been very strong. We'll have to see how the movie does. I'd watch it.

Hrm, I love the TV show, but I have my doubts as to how well it would translate into a full-length feature film.

meh, doesn't matter how awesome the show might be, the fact was that nobody watched it when it was on air, and that's all that matters to the networks

Just because a movie has the same name as a TV show, doesn't mean its a movie based on the show. That entry you linked has some writer who's never written anything before. If it was based on the TV show, it should have Mitchell Hurwitz as a credited writer.

Agreed...of course I said the same about the Simpson's movie...and I was pleasantly surprised.
