I think it's still cancelled, or Fox can't make up their minds. Such a great show though.
 
Arrested Development is such a great show......I find it incredible how everything comes together at the end of an episode.

At the end of an episode??? There are jokes that take a few episodes before you get them. There was so much foreshadowing to Buster losing his hand that it is sad how we all missed it. Pretty much every single episode of the 2nd season had some foreshadowing in it until he lost his hand. BEST SHOW EVER!

Get the DVD's and support it!
 
I thought tonights episode was the best one of season3 so far. (Lucille and her concern about tears and moisture 😉 )

If Fox goes aheads and cancels NBC should pick it up and air it next to Earl/The Office or Scrubs.

It's still cancelled. But the 13 episodes for this season are already made, so they're getting aired anyway.

it hasn't been officially cancelled (they cut the season, and have yet to renew it)...but it seems inevitable

I would say it'd be a mistake to cancel it, but the numbers just don't lie. It's a great show, and has a huge following, but it seems that they're the only ones watching it, and Fox is a company that needs to make money. They've canceled fantastic shows in the past just to toss in more reality TV crap for a quick buck or two, it'll happen again no doubt.
