arrange thumbnails in random order in xp

I've had a google and can't find an answer, it arranges preview thumbnails by name, date, etc, is there a way to display thumbnail file list in (more or less) random order ?
 
Thumbnail arrangements are controlled in VIEW in Explorer. Thumbnails are in effect, icons. You have several choices in VIEW, "Arrange Icons By," but random is not one of them.
