Arnold the SAGINATOR

He's practically a senior citizen.

Also it's no longer his job to stay that way.

Come back when you're 55+ & post pics.

yeah those are funny pics

Although he could clean that up and look closer to Arnold at 30 than just about any of us ever will. The biggest difference would be the loss of elasticity in his skin, that's the price of being almost 60.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if his pre-movie training in the 80's and particularly the 90's included a cycle of steroids to cut up and pack on a few lbs of lost muscle. As Governator he probably would shy away from that.

i don't think muscle goes to fat, but when you stop training, your body uses muscles as a form of energy, "eating" it. muscle does not convert into fat and fat does not convert into muscles (if you were thinking that). There is just that illusion, because, when you work out, you lose fat and gain muscle, when you stop working out, your muscles become smaller, and of course you will gain fat, but it isn't due to the fact that there is a conversion between the two.

thats what people look like when they get old. its a bitch. he actually looks pretty decent for his age, especially compared to most americans.

slu M.D.

Debunked on BB forums. These pics were taken 1-2 months post-op after his heart surgery. He filmed T3 about a half year AFTER these pics, so naturally he hit the gym properly and recovered much of what the operation took from him.

EmperorIQ is right, of course, muscle can't turn to fat, just as fat can't turn to muscle.

What people mean by muscle turning into fat and vice versa is that when you work out, fat burns off and muscles grow. When you stop working out, muscles atrophy and fat builds up.
