I have seen a poster a few times of Arnold, back in the day, when he was training for MR. Universe. There are a bunch of them, but there is one that I cannot find anywhere. It is of him looking at his bicep, nothing else. It's not a full body shot, just his head and bicep.

Anyone know where to find it? I tried eBay and Scwarzenegger.com and poster.com, but they don't have it.

Holy hell, THANK YOU SO MUCH! The pic I am looking for isn't on that site, but I thank you so much, because I can probably use some of those anyways. That is by far, the best collection I have seen so far!

I used a website copier to get all those pictures, I hope the owner of the site doesn't get pissed. :D It's only 10mb worth...

That one's crazy.

What's funny is while it looks impressive and he can bench a ton of weight, he's still not all that strong. Ever see those world's strongest man competitions? They had one guy who was a ripped bodybuilder on there once. He was a lot bigger than the other guys in terms of musculature and got his a$$ handed to him by the big european guys. He came in last in almost every event :)

Body building and strength training are two different things. I know there are guys at the gym that look ripped, but aren't as strong as I am. Though, at times, I'd rather be ripped. :D

"Ripped" simply means the person has a very low body fat content. It doesn't make a person strong.

In fact, to get "ripped," many folks do very unhealthy things that make them quite weak. Hell, a girl scout with PMS could beat the sh!t out of most body builders on show day after they've starved and dehydrated themselves for weeks to get that "thin skin" "ripped" look.

A neat thing to see is a body builder in a bulking stage. All their "rips" are smoothed over by a layer of body fat, making them look more bulky than cut.
