Why should it be made available to some-one who is illegal?

If needed, issue it as a special document, to allow legal driving (after an English test is passed), but do not treat it as a valid document for other than driving a vehicle.

Thank God Arnold also repealed the "car tax". We just paid the registration on my wife's car and we would have gotten ass-raped to the tune of $300+. Instead it was about $130 to renew her registration.

absent as part of the boycott. Traffic is light in Long Beach, Ca. today. I'll check the

I don't mean to be condescending, but these Latino kids are some dumb bunch. They are only hurting themselves for ditching class. They are getting a free education on our tax dollar and they decide to just throw that away. Someone ought to smack some sense into these kids.
