army of darkness needs to be a video game

Most developers just wouldn't caputure the essence of the movie, probably end up with a boring shooter. I think Blizzard could do it (no not an mmo).
 
I just watched Evil Dead 1 and 2 last night.

Army of Darkness is so funny, too bad the first two movies were more serious.
 
Just about every Evil Dead game stinks. The last one that came out (Resurrection) is ok at times but they give you this lame wise cracking midget companion and the game turns into a tedious platformer midway though. I don't think no one will ever make a great evil dead game. Maybe some developer needs to get the license away from THQ.
