My brother accidently used Armor All leather wipes on my dash board and now theres a big stain which I cannot remove. I tried using Windex and water but the stain just comes right back when it dries.

Any help would be great.

It's likely a reaction with the plasticisers in the dashboard material. Hate to say it but it may have f%$#ed up your dashboard permanently. What is the dash made of?

Get some Meguiars Professional Vinyl & Rubbert Cleaner Conditioner. It's about $9 a bottle, but it might rescue your dash.

I use the Meguiar's lotion, but I've heard good things about lexol. In general I just don't like wipes, because I like to use WAY more liquid that most wipes come with.

armor-all leather wipes are absolute garbage! I tried them and they left little specs of material all over the dash. I threw them in the trash. What crap!
