This group wants to give the homeless weapons, claiming the homeless are our first line of defense.

LOL!

Every year, the local classic rock station pull an April Fool's prank. Of note were the driver's license lottery (which got them a reprimand from the State's Attorney General) and the 3 cent Dale Earnhardt stamp (which got them a reprimand from the local postmaster). Arm the Homeless is this year's prank.
