Just got the B-ray...

I cry post every screening.

Is that wrong? No...😱

Love B-willis, and this movie is just fantastic.

action movie + doomsday plot + solid acting + family values + brotherhood + bruce willis

:awe: It's about Sacrifice..:awe:

I love Willis, and I have a huge soft spot for doomsday plot movies.. and I even have Armageddon on DVD, but man, that movie is terrible.

It's the only movie that chokes me up, and it does about every time I watch it. I need to pick it up on BR.

I'm with NFS4. I like Armageddon, but the plot is certainly ridiculous.

PS: LOL @ goatse BP avatar.

That movie was idiotic. I can understand liking idiotic movies for what they are but crying over this movie? Did you cry at the end of Home Alone II?

Crying at the end of Armageddon, every time, tells us a lot about your cognitive ability.

(Assuming such tears are a result of emotional connection to what must be in your mind, believable, thought-provoking, and non-cliche'd characters; rather than crying in response to the quality of the film and realizing that those 2.5 hours of your life are gone forever)

Oh, and if you want to cry over "sacrifice," watch Band of Brothers or Saving Private Ryan for real sacrifice.

I'm curious as to how powerful a laser will it take to blow up the asteroid in that movie or "the moon" ^_^

Bruce Willis always seem to have a "daughter" that he cares for and not a "son"

Examples: "cop out" "d hard 4" "armageddon" 😱

I suppose daughters are better for elucidating "family values."
