ARM mini PCs/servers - where are they?

Does anyone know about existing or planned ARM mini PCs or (desktop form factor) servers? I'm talking about the $100-300 range (competing with NUCs), so Mac Mini doesn't count. 😉

Essentially, we have some decent SBC (Raspberry Pi 4, Rock Pi 4), but almost nothing above.
RPi4 lags behind the cheapest Intel NUCs in production (N4000) and is comparable to cheaper mid-range phones at best. And it's already huge leap from an RPi3 (which I own).
