Does anyone know about existing or planned ARM mini PCs or (desktop form factor) servers? I'm talking about the $100-300 range (competing with NUCs), so Mac Mini doesn't count. 
Essentially, we have some decent SBC (Raspberry Pi 4, Rock Pi 4), but almost nothing above.
RPi4 lags behind the cheapest Intel NUCs in production (N4000) and is comparable to cheaper mid-range phones at best. And it's already huge leap from an RPi3 (which I own).
