Arm keeps falling asleep while sleeping

Hello--

I'm sure one or more of you have had this problem before. Basically I sleep on my stomach, with my arms under my pillow (no problems there). What's been happening lately though is that sometime during the night I'm moving my elbow to my side, while keeping my hand under the pillow (basically cramping my arm). After a while I wake up, and my whole arm is numb, can't move it at all. After a straighten it out, feeling starts to come back. What I'm worried about is not so much the falling asleep part, but things like blood clots from cutting off the circulation to my arm. Any suggestions? Thanks--I really appreciate any help I could get on this problem. Maybe I'm just paranoid, but it's scaring me a little. I actually think that part of the problem is that I've been lifting quite a bit of arm weights lately, and that my bicep has gotten big enough that it's causing this problem. Thanks

That used to happen to me all the time, but now I know better.

I sleep with both of my hands in my pants.

Mine does the same. I've basically learned not to sleep on my stomach with my arms above my head.
