Arkua, Thermosonic, Thermal Integration ... HUH?

Ok, I'm confused. I'm trying to figure things out. It's obvious that Thermosonic licensed their technology to Arkua, but what about Thermal Integration? Who gave them the right to make the Dr.Thermal (ThermoEngine lookalike)? I'm just trying to figure things out. Any help would be much appreciated.
