Arkham Asylum Bosses

Yeah, the wasted potential is my only major gripe with the game. It could have had AWESOME boss fights, but most just involve dodging+batarang as you said. Also, most were just against titan enhanced soldiers.

yeah, everything else was so well done and the game is very content rich (even without the DLC. The DLC is just icing on the cake).

My only gripe was with the boss fights.

The last boss fight was the worst.. I had a more difficult time with Poison Ivy & the beginning "arena" portion of the final..

Still a terrific game though. My GOTY so far.

I don't think the boss fights are the point of emphesis of this game.

I feel that this is one of the best games of the year, but if you don't get it, you don't get it.

So somebody has one slight dislike about the game and they 'just don't get it'? You sound like an elitist toolbag... the game has flaws pal. It's a great game but yes, the boss battles weren't very good. One you got the timing down (which you do by the first boss fight) then every boss is easy and boring.

Nobody said the boss fights were the emphesis. However, they could have been a great supplement from the normal gameplay. Instead, they were found lacking by many in both imagination and challenge.

The only one who doesn't "get it" seems to be you.

Batman: AA was a very good game, and definitely the best game I've played based on an already establish comic book/movie character. However, it isn't perfect, and the flaws should be exploited and announced in order to help with the production of an even better sequel.

I don't think they were easy, though I've only completed 45% of the game. I do have to agree that the batarang is over used. If they added objects in the environment that would help defeat the bosses that were used in conjunction with your projectiles , then that would of been cool. Though I think they planned to make it a little more practical for the console audience from the beginning.

As for the game itself, easily one of the best this year.
