This is just too funny Is there an epidemic in this country of teachers wanting their right to go commando in front of students? Apparently so, the state just took over full control of the school.

I don't think asking them to wear damn underwear to work is unreasonable, but I don't see how exactly it gets enforced.

I'd bet it stemmed from a teacher with a skirt not wearing underwear and students caught a peek. I'd think not being allowed to expose oneself should cover those incidents.
