I bought four of these to use in budget builds. They are enough for a basic APU or i3 office desktop / Mom-box build, without a GPU.

Was about $16 shipped each, to East Coast.

Seemed vaguely better-quality than Logisys.

According to label, they are:
+12V @ 18A
+5V @ 30A
+3.3V @ 30A

So these might actually be decent PSUs for your old P4 or Athlon XP rig, too.

I used a cheap PSU in one of my rigs and it exploded in a ball of flame.

I guess it's acceptable if you're repairing mom's Dell, but I wouldn't leave the house with it running.
