Arizona Time Zone issue

I live in Arizona, which doesn't change their clocks during Daylight Savings. I selected Arizona as my time zone in my profile, however, my time stamps were an hour off. I fixed it by changing my time zone to Pacific. But the Arizona time zone selection should never be affected by Daylight Savings.

Timezones are a very touchy issue, as in some countries its not observed, in some there is no standard at all some years they have it some they don't. There is no diffinitive standard, which is why we haven't done anything with it as of yet.

Fixed, what I did is put the ability for you to manually adjust your GMT offset, so feel free to adjust your offset manually that should solve your issue.
