Dunno when the friggen swat shows up at your door you don't reach for your weapon ... what a dumb ass ... I would have shot the fuck out of him too... Stupid... He got what he deserved ... Yeah I served too, but I'm not reaching for my shot gun when the swat arrive.

Another Democrat cheering on fascism. Color me surprised.

Are you talking about the time you claimed to be able to hit something like a 1/4" MOA at 800m? I remember that, LOLLERSKATES.

Yeah, he's been called out for outlandish claims more times than I can count. He usually just stops posting in the thread after he calls everyone a bunch of names.

A SWAT team has about the same job as i and my TFB do if i understand it correctly, to enter a high risk area and remove all threat quickly so that all remains will be preserved.

No argument about what the SWAT team's job is. The argument is about why they were ever used in the first place.

If someone points a gun at you, your job is to shoot them with as many rounds as it takes for them to stop doing so, even for special forces like mine, you remove any threat first, i'm fairly sure it's the same for ANY armed force and ESPECIALLY for any professional force.

Yup. You are trying to argue with me, except that I agree with you. The SWAT team did what they're trained to do. The failure was putting them in a situation where they needed to pull the trigger. There is no reason they should have been used to serve a warrant like the one they were supposed to be serving.

What the hell happen to rubber bullet??? A few good hit from rubber bullet would be enough to knock out anyone... If it is up to me, I would be hang this responsible for this in public, shoot them and leave to to bleed out. They spend 20months investigating the WRONG guy?

ALL of this can be prevented if they try to "knock" the door in early evening.

It's not a riot situation.

Then you have no defense against the same being done to you in response.

I love watching all you little Fundies walking around thinking that you're the center of the universe -- that your opinions are decrees from an unmoved mover.
You are not immovable. You are not invulnerable. These little opinions that you spew, if agreed with to be put into practice, would reverse to be put into practice on you.
That your rules always exempt "Me" through specific targeting in your own mind doesn't mean that anybody else is going to exempt you in the reciprocal. You are a nobody. If you are targeting others, guess what? You are an "other" to everybody else. Them putting your rule into effect puts you at risk, because they are giving you the same protection (zero) that you were giving everyone else.

Was it their job to let him bleed out on the floor for a hour?

If a tactical entry is required, the only safe and reasonable choice is live ammunition. Using rubber bullets would be absurd.

Who said they were investigating the wrong guy? The affidavit presents a wealth of evidence suggesting that members of the Guerena family and their associates were involved in illegal activity. The extent of Jose's involvement in the alleged criminal enterprise is unclear, but a judge still determined that probable cause existed to search his home.

The main problem with this situation is not that a search warrant was issued, but that the police served it using a paramilitary death squad. Then after bungling practically every aspect of the unnecessary raid, they attempted to cover it up by releasing lies and misleading information.

What do "Fundies" have to do with anything? Do you even understand the words you use?

Oh, I forgot who I'm talking to. A self-proclaimed prodigy with the unique superpower to make his body not react. LOL, what a maroon.

From what I read, the SWAT/police team has no idea there are kids living in the house. I think it will only take DAYS to figure that out. No matter the outcome, it is a very sloppy job by the police/detective.

all of this.

it almost looks like they got fed up with him being too good of a criminal(the warrent is very telling about his criminal activity) and executed him.
