Edit:

Another variation of the shocker is called "reverse polarity" and involves assuming the nominal shocker hand position and rotating the hand along the radial axis, and then inserting both the index and middle digits into the anus and inserting the pinky finger into the vagina.

They make it sound so... kinky... radial axis
