Fox News is not news. So I will have to dig up another source.

EDIT:
If it is true its gonna stir up a hornets nest.
There's already a lot of tension between legal mexican immigrants being harassed, illegals being abused, angry Americans crying for blood, and cops who keep pushing the boundaries.

This will not go well. I worry more about riots and shit than one cop getting away with murder.

I am shocked. I am really surprised that his partner actually told the truth about what happened. I am also surprised that they actually charged him. Usually they just let the officer walk away with no charges. Hopefully this gets upgrade to at least a 2nd degree murder charge. Hopefully his partner gets the support that he needs for telling the truth and not trying to cover up what happened.

Looking at the media coverage there is no way they can cover it up. Somebody needs to be punished if only as a message. At the very least the guy is not going to be a cop ever again.

BTW thread title is a little dishonest. There is more to the story than the warrant.

Cops kills innocent man would be more truthful.

Since 2007, Chrisman hasfacedfour internal inquiries handled by the Phoenix Police Professional Standards Bureau - the department's internal-affairs unit.
The cases include an excessive-force allegation in 2009, in addition to complaints about personal conduct and inattention to duty, police records show. Police leaders declined to comment on the nature of the complaints or if Chrisman faced any discipline.

Thank you Police Union for keeping this thug on the force.

You know if his own partner dimed on him, he done fucked up.
The murderer was already on the Brady list for getting caught on tape planting a crack pipe on a mentally ill homeless woman. What struck me as odd is that the murderer was a member of PLEA (Phoenix Law Enforcement Association) but his partner wasn't. Putting two and two together, IA might have already been watching him veeeery closely. I don't actually know anything more than that, but it wouldn't surprise me - and it would make it less shocking that a cop turned on his partner if that were the case.

If you think police wouldn't band together to keep something like this secret without a union, you are in a surprise.

These are the type of cops that gives the large majority of them a bad name. More or less a bad ass type of dude, a bully, using his badge to his advantage.

Not to worry about justice, in prison, cops & snitches aren't popular at all. He'll get his when he begins to serve his time. As he well deserves.

For every 1 of these that you hear about or end up recorded there are 999 that never surface.

May this country RIP.

I doubt that he will get touched while in prison. He will spend his time in protective custody whatever his sentence is.
