isnt the population of arizona 50%+ Mexican/Spanish origin?

and this has anything to do with the fact that "Arizona invaded by Mexico," how?

Because, as someone who has lived there, and interacted with many people (think knocking door-to-door), the percentage of illegals there is staggering.

How factual his statement is isn't in dispute here.

do you have anything educational to add to your post?

Yes, you're trolling.

Yeah thats exactly what it was because I asked a question.

You sir lack common sense.

The issue here is the present altercation along the border between people coming from Mexico versus U.S. Border Patrol agents and not the compositional makeup of the state of Arizona.

I asked a question about the population of mexicans/spanish origin people in Arizona.
This thread is about immigration/police/Arizona

So wtf are you talking about trolling? Trolling for facts? for information?

You are the one who is rambling on about my question making this thread into BS. Drifting this thread far away from the OP. So it is YOU sir who are trolling. I asked a question. Either you can answer it or you cannot. It is not that difficult. If you dont like my question IGNORE MY POST.

If you dont have anything nice to say or anything to add to a post of mine, do me and this forum a favor. Stop posting.

If you think I had some hidden agenda behind my question you sir are only questioning your own opinions/beliefs/etc.

..get used to it. it's only going to get worse with the newely elected pelosi seditionists.

Because anyone in the last congress was going to pass a bill to fine the companies that hire illegals? Republicans of current day are only pro American work force in words only. Their actions are totally opposite.

..true. that's why they got tossed. I'd rather go for a total melt down now. Give pelosi all the rope she needs to hang the country and herself. we live in interesting times.

Think about it: those guardsmen are wannabe army soldiers, who as we all know are not that bright. So it probably didn't take too much to scare them off and go crying home to their Xboxes.

they may not be the most elite American soldiers, but they are still American soldiers and deserve some respect

i don't think the Guardsman posted along the border are armed at all, it was a political stunt to throw off the American people and get us back to watching sports and crapTV

:disgust:

All American soldiers are elite. They have more guts than 98% of the rest of the US population. Geeeze.

I live in Tucson and its funny how little coverage this received. You would think something as major as this - and i mean our own troops getting fired at and had to back down at OUR border??? wtf - it should get top billing, headlines, interruption on CNN, etc.
But no in Tucson the top story is how gunman in one neighborhood are entering homes and taking the people hostage and stealing everything and how people should fight back. So far in the last two attacks homeowners have taken 2 of them out and injured 3. And ended up getting arrested cause they shot these guys in their own homes :angry; Oh and where are the majority of these attacks occurring? In south Tucson, the primarily Mexican part of town where you can go down there in the morning and find at least 1000 illegals on street corners waiting to be picked up for a job.
Mexico invaded Arizona and the US a long long long time ago...the US just wants to remain blind to it for reasons that I guess are beyond my comprehension.

There is no money to be made in such an operation. It will never happen. Forget about it.

War in a foreign country is where the big bucks is at.

Depends on where you live. There is a large Mexican population around Phoenix and Tucson areas, especially in the ghetto part of town.

Phoenix metro(Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, etc.), on the other hand, is full of white people. Arizona is still a pretty much white state.

Actually AZ is one of the few states where being white puts you in the minority.

Drakkon is right, the US was invaded by Mexico long ago but they didn't use guns so we ignored it. Now we are in a huge mess.
