Go to Walmart (or your favorite cheap dept. store) and buy a cheap pair of women's panty hose. Cut a square section a little larger then the fan and use a rubber band to attach the hose to the fan. It will work wonders and cost you like $2 for the hose and rubber bands. When they get dirty, simply cut a new section and replace. I've bene using this method for 5 or 6 years with great results.

Buy a hepa air filter and stick it next to your box :) It'll suck in the dust that would otherwise get into your system and create a nice fresh air flow while you're using it to boot!
