Update if anybody is following this.
The engine s back in WI and they called fedup and talked them into reopening the claim and sent in the photos I sent.
Said when they get a check they will send out a new engine.
Fedup says the shipper is supposed to ship out a new engine now and wait on the check according to their contract.
Sigh............ should of paid with a credit card.....
