I HATE ANTS :|

I dont know how and why, but suddenly there are ants on my computer table and bathroom sinktop...

I checked if I left some food out open, but I didnt find any... where the hell did these ants come from??

Is it because the weather is too cold outside so they come into my apart? (I put on the heater)

check your garage? could be some stuff let in there,

y not follow them back to where they are coming from

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment, in an apart complex

so no garage there..

The thing is I cannot find the damn trail!!! Im not talkin bout LOTS of ants here, just a few of em (which is enough to tick me off)

We get the black ones on the 4th floor. Do not attack them yet, as they will scatter.
Follow the string back to the source if you can. Ours were coming in through a heater register. Most Asian markets sell a white crayon of most likely boric acid. Draw a line around
their entering point. They will not cross it. I've pulled light switch plates and drawn a line under those too...........:sun:

I checked and YES they do come from the heating vents.. arghhh

can I get these white crayon off albertson??

I live in Long Beach, the most culturally diverse city in the USA. You can only check at
Albertson's. Sprays are too nasty and traps don't seem to work very well. Ants leave a
scent trail that the others follow. If you don't have many they might just be scouts.....
:sun:

I killed a bunch of ants earlier this morning.. and now they are over my desk again 🙁

what should I do?? I HATEEEE ants...

theres no lots of em.. just about a couple of em, but I NEVER had this problem before....

Does this happen a lot at winter time?? ants coming into warm places??

why dont they just dieee
arghhh

Our building was plagued by the little buggers (pun intended) a little while ago.

The best solution I've found is to get a can of Raid Max (make sure it's the kind specifically to kill ants and that it's the Max product line). That wipes them out like nothing else! Spray any affected areas with that, the little bastards won't show again for weeks, if ever.

hmmmm does albertson have this??

I hope you vacuumed up a little flea/ant powder too, so they DIE inside the bag.
People w/pets forget to do this and flea eggs hatch inside the bag and reinfest the house.
Ants survived the first atomic test near ground zero at Los Alamos.
Maybe"deathbyants"will have something to add..........................😀
