I have a GXP75, it stopped working (big surprise)

Its the second time, and im not going to bother with that stupid disk rescue software, the bastages can take their stupid piece 'shizz HD back.

I need IBM's RMA phone#, does anyone know where i can get it? i cant find it on the IBM website.

And what can i expect from them when they get my call?

thanks in advance

hmm ... i better keep my mouth shut when it comes to the latest IBM IDE-HDDs.

but i can tell you what you can expect from them. you'll get a new HDD in exchange or they'll repair the broken one, which is even worse.
anyway, sell it as soon as got it back and look for another brand, maybe MAXTOR ...
