Is it me, or does every store on the planet earth have problems using them?
I've now tried at three different stores to make a purchase, for different amounts, all less than the available balance (balance is $100, tried for $80 and under). All come back declined.
Checked the balance online and over the phone, shows $100 available.
I had the same problem with two Visa Rebate cards i got 6-8 months back, both were declined almost everywhere. Finally, it took at a BestBuy...
Anyone else have problems like this? I would they would just send a freaking check.
