ARGHHH, MY DUNGEON SIEGE KEEPS CRASHING

When I start a game on Zonematch, someone would join, and everything is fine, then a few min later I would get a windows exception error saying "Out of memory" and closes dungeon siege, and I have NO IDEA why I don't have enough memory when I have a GIG of PC2100 DDR...is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix this??!
